- A refund may be received if:
a. We were not able to provide the service for which fees were paid in advance.
b. Park or facility has to be closed due to natural hazards or "State of Emergency".
A voucher may be received if:
a. There is a cancellation with at least 7 days advance notice. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee for each campsite or lodging unit reserved. A voucher will be issued for the remaining balance; good for 12 months from the date of the cancellation.
b. A death or dire illness has occurred in customer's immediate family. There will be a $10.00 cancellation fee for each campsite or lodging unit reserved and a voucher will be issued for the remaining balance, good for 12 months from the date of the cancellation. A letter explaining the event and relation to the customer is required to be submitted to the park manager before voucher is granted.
c. There is a cancellation within 6 days of the arrival. The customer will forfeit 50% of their reservation total and a voucher will be issued for the remaining balance, good for 12 months from the date of the cancellation.
No refunds or vouchers will be received:
a. If the park guest does not show up for their respective reservations.
b. For shortened stays except for reasons listed in this section and only for the balance of the days left on the reservation.
a. Transfers consisting of a change of date or park will be allowed from the actual date of the reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival date with a $10 fee.
b. Transfers consisting of a change of date or park will not be allowed within 6 days of arrival.
c. Transfers between RV sites will be allowed within the park the reservations where made at any time but will be based on site availability.
d. Cabin reservations can be transferred to another cabin as long as the originally reserved cabin has not been occupied by guest.
e. All transfers are subject to a $10 fee. If the transfer results in an upgrade of fees, no additional fee will be charged.
