No pets are allowed in cabins, motels or any other park building.

THERE IS A 2 TENT LIMIT ON CAMPSITES

PLEASE NOTE: Boat launching fees are not included. There is no camping on main upper park. All camping is on the lower lake.
THERE IS NO RV'S OR TENT CAMPING IN THE MAIN PARK. ALSO TENTS CANNOT BE USED IN THE CABIN AREA.

CABIN INFORMATION:
Ten duplex cabins provide twenty individual units overlooking Sardis Lake. Each unit has a kitchen, bathroom shower, fireplace, grill, picnic table and central heat and air. One cabin is handicap accessible.

CABIN FEES:
Weekday Rates - $ 60.00 plus tax Weekend Rates -$70.00 CABIN STYLES:
FIVE DUPLEXES - Feature a queen bed in the bedroom, adjoining bathroom, and kitchen-den area with a sofa sleeper.
FIVE DUPLEXES - Two double beds located in the bedroom with adjoining bathroom and kitchen den area.
CABIN FURNISHINGS:
Each kitchen is equipped with coffee pot, microwave, pots pans, dishes, towels, and bed linen for four. All have basic Direct T.V.
Cabins are designed for family enjoyment only. The park management has the authority to refuse cabin rental and to remove cabin guest who do not comply with park policies, rules and regulations.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CABIN AREA
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
Reservations can be made in person, by phone, or on line up to 2 years in advance. The minimum stay from May 20th through September 10th is three nights. The minimum stay from September 11th through May 19th is two nights. The maximum stay is fourteen nights.
A deposit equaling 1/2 of the entire rental fees is required at the time the reservation is made for each unit reserved. Deposits can be paid by cash,check, visa or MasterCard.
DEPOSITS MAY BE REFUNDED WITH A 14 DAY NOTICE. A $10.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES.
WALK - INS ARE WELCOME
check-in time is 3:00p.m. and check-out time is 11:00a.m. Payment of balances is due at the time of registration. Guest arriving after 5:00p.m. must make prior arrangements with the park office.

DIRECTIONS TO CAMPGROUND:
From I-55, Exit #252. Travel 8 miles to campground on Highway 315 South. Please note: All camping is on the Lower Lake.

DIRECTIONS TO MAIN PARK:
From I-55, Exit #252. Travel south on Highway 315. 6.2 miles turning left at John Kyle Park sign. Follow road to top of hill and turn left at next stop. Cross bridge and continue following road to next 3 way stop. Take right to enter the main park or left to Mallard Pointe Golf Course.
