CABIN INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Ten Duplex Cabins provide twenty individual units for rental located on a hillside overlooking Sardis Lake. Each unit has a full size kitchen with basic utensils for siz guests. All units have bathrooms with showers, fireplaces, grills and picnic tables. Bedding and towels are provided. One unit will accommodate the disabled with the wheelchair accessibility and restroom facilities. All units have central heating and air conditioning and provide a relaxing atmosphere.
A Jr. Olympic size pool is located in the cabin area and is adjacent to the tennis courts. The pool is lifeguard protected and is open to cabin guest and the public from Memorial Day Weekend and closes on Labor Day.
The pool is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays.
CABIN LAYOUT: (TWO STYLES)
ONE STYLE FEATURES - ONE STYLE FEATURES - One queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the kitchen sitting area, with a door separating the two rooms.
OTHER STYLE FEATURES - Two Double beds located in the bedroom with the bathroom off from this room. The kitchen/sitting area is in the adjacent room.
CABIN FURNISHING:
Each kitchen is stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs for six. In addition, there is a large and small pot, skillet, cookie sheet, coffee pot, can opener, ice trays, platter, spatula, serving bowl, dish detergent and microwave oven. All utensils should be washed and clean upon departure.
Bed linens, towels and wash cloths are provided. If additional supplies are required, contact the park office between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Cabins are designed for family enjoyment only and will not be used for parties or entertaining. The park management has the authority to refuse cabin rental and to remove cabin guest who do not comply with park policies, rules and regulations without refund of unexpired rental fees. Guests will be responsible for damages to cabins or equipment. Cabins will not be rented to persons under the age of 21 and children may not be left unattended overnight.
Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm until 6:00 am.
Pets are not allowed in the Cabin area.
Anyone bringing a pet to cabin area will be asked to make other arrangements.
